Groundbreaking Has Begun on CMA’s New Distribution Center

MONROVIA, Calif., May 22, 2013 – Double Coin Tires and CMA, a leading tire manufacturer and marketer is pleased to announce that construction is to start on the company’s newest distribution center. Councilmen from the City of Rancho Cucamonga, CMA executives and the developers, DCT Industrial, and property management executives from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank participated in the recent groundbreaking ceremony.

All city permits are approved and completed and construction begins immediately. The company’s new warehouse and distribution center is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Situated on approximately 6 acres near the intersection of 8th Street and Vineyard Avenue; the facility will occupy over 129,000 square feet of under roof storage. The state-of-the-art building design includes dock-high and grade level bay doors with stalls for parking additional trailers. To achieve a lower carbon footprint, natural lighting and exhaust systems are integrated into the building’s design.
